GROUP II: MMOIL utilizes Group II base oils for a range of engine oils and industrial lubricants. These oils are refined through hydrocracking to offer enhanced oxidation stability, reduced volatility, and improved low-temperature fluidity compared to conventional mineral oils. Group II base oils provide reliable performance and efficiency for modern applications, ensuring high-quality lubrication and protection.
GROUP III: MMOIL uses Group III base oils in high-performance engine oils and industrial lubricants. These oils feature high oxidation stability, low evaporation, excellent low-temperature fluidity, and very low sulfur content. With evolving emission regulations and advanced catalytic converter technologies, Group III base oils are a superior choice for high-performance applications, replacing conventional mineral oil-based lubricants.
GROUP IV: Our commitment to cutting-edge technology is demonstrated through our use of Group IV base oils, polyalphaolefins. Synthesized through a precise process, these base oils offer an extended temperature range and exceptional performance in extreme cold and high-heat conditions.
In response to evolving engine designs, changing environmental regulations, and OEM specifications, new additives are continually developed. For instance, cutting-edge lubricant additives play a crucial role in enhancing fuel efficiency and reducing CO2 emissions in both cars and commercial vehicles by minimizing friction. In line with modern engine requirements, some engine oils are now designed to be Low SAPS (Sulfated Ash, Phosphorus, and Sulfur), ensuring prolonged lifespan and sustained efficiency of exhaust emission reduction devices. These oils incorporate new additives that maintain engine protection while minimizing conventional metallo-organic active additive components. Meeting such stringent requirements involves rigorous testing, adhering to industry standards prescribed by bodies like ACEA and OEMs.

ZDDP (ZINC DIALKYLDITHIOPHOSPHATES)
Zinc dialkyldithiophosphates (ZDDP) stand out as extreme pressure additives that enhance lubricant formulations by reducing wear and extending equipment life. Particularly effective under extreme-pressure conditions or in heavy-duty performance scenarios, ZDDP also acts as a corrosion inhibitor and antioxidant, preventing metal-to-metal contact.
TCP (TRICRESYL PHOSPHATE)
Tricresyl phosphate (TCP) serves as an exceptional Anti-Wear and Extreme Pressure Additive for high-temperature operations, providing enhanced protection.
POLARIZED OIL ADDITIVE
MMOIL incorporates Polarized Oil Additive technology, combining synthetic components to create a concentrated oil compatible with conventional lubricants. This specialized additive protects and extends the engine's life without altering viscosity, restoring lost efficiency. Completely inert relative to modern engines and their lubricants, Polarized Oil Additive technology forms a microscopic electrochemical layer without introducing solid particles, ensuring optimal engine performance without impacting filter efficiency.
